To speed things up, include:

• The email address used at checkout
• Your order reference (format CF-XXXXXXXX) if you have it
• Your PayPal transaction or receipt ID
• A short description of what happened

Didn't get your download?

Reopen the confirmation page on the device you purchased from — it regenerates a fresh private link automatically. If payment was made with a different email than the one you entered at checkout, email us the receipt and we will release access manually.
