Refund Policy

Digital product

This is a downloadable file delivered immediately after payment confirmation. Because access is granted instantly, refunds are handled as described below rather than as automatic returns.

When we refund

• You were charged more than once for the same order.
• The file is corrupted, incomplete, or cannot be delivered to you.
• The product materially differs from what is described on this site.
• You email us within 14 days of purchase and the cookbook is not what you expected.

Statutory rights

Consumer protection law in your country may give you additional rights, including rights that cannot be waived. Nothing here limits those rights. If you are in the EU or UK, you agree that download access begins immediately, which ends the 14-day withdrawal right for digital content — our voluntary 14-day policy above applies instead.

How to request

Email mateo.barthaburu@gmail.com with your checkout email, order reference and PayPal receipt ID. We respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method by PayPal, typically within 5 to 10 business days.

After a refund

Your license ends and you must delete your copy of the file. Download access is revoked.
